Moises Mendoza is currently on death row for strangling and stabbing 20-year-old Rachelle ONeil Tolleson, of Farmersville, on March 18, 2004. He hid her body behind his home until officers questioned him, then tried to dispose of her body by burning it in a field.
The victim left behind a 6 month old daughter. Regrettably we will be denied the privelege of burning his body in a field (while he is still alive of coarse).

A man who First Assistant District Attorney Greg Davis characterized as “one of the most violent, sadistic men I have ever encountered” has a date set for his appeal to go before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
A Collin County jury sentenced Moises Sandoval Mendoza, of Farmersville, to death for the murder of Rachelle O’Neil Tolleson, 20, of Farmersville, whom he strangled, raped and stabbed then tried to dispose of her body by burning and dumping it in an eastern Collin County creek bed in March 2004.
According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Mendoza, who has been sitting on Death Row for more than two years, became the 12th defendant sentenced to death in Collin County since 1976.
Mendoza’s appeal will go before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin on Sept. 12.
The appeal asks the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals to “reverse judgment of the trial court and remand for a new trial” while the Collin County District Attorney’s Office’s rebuttal asks the state court to affirm Mendoza’s conviction and sentence.
The 165-page appeal report filed in the Collin County District Clerk’s Office last April lists a total of 81 issues with the state’s case and the trial held in 401st District Court during the voir dire, trial and punishment phases. One of the issues states the evidence presented to the jury was “legally” and “factually insufficient” to support a guilty verdict of capital murder, according to the report.
The statement of facts for appellant’s issue no. 23 states that “there is no conclusive evidence that Ms. Tolleson was abducted rather than having left her home on her own volition.”
The statement cited testimony from former Farmersville police Officer Scott D. Collins about the condition of Tolleson’s house and Texas Ranger A.P. Davidson about photographs of the home, one of which depicts a stack of clothing “as if someone was in the process of moving.”
The statement also cites testimony from Tolleson’s mother Pam O’Neill who found Tolleson’s infant daughter, Avery, alone on a bed in Tolleson’s bedroom with two pillows “propped up beside the baby,” all of which the statement said does not “suggest that she did not prop the pillows around the baby and was going to leave her for a short period of time.”
The Collin County District Attorney’s Office offered their rebuttal to the appeal in early June. It cites testimony from Davison that Mendoza told him Tolleson left her home with him to get some more cigarettes even though there was a pack of cigarettes “three-quarters full” in the house and a second pack in her car.
The report also claims Mendoza lied about being in Tolleson’s home that night after investigators found Mendoza’s bootprint on some divorce paperwork left in the house, and that the condition of the house was “uncharacteristic of Rachelle, most importantly that Avery had been left uncovered and alone on a bed.” -----------------------------------------------------------
To me personally the last line speaks volumes about this "person". He showed not only a total lack of concern for human life by killing Ms Tolleson , he drove the point home by leaving a 6 month old infant alone. I am finding it very hard here to think he deserves anything short of the death sentence he was given.

I'm a personal friend of Rachelle's parents. What makes me sick is that he should never have been on the streets to begin with. At the time of the murder he had cut off his ankle bracelet and had an active warrant for his arrest. He had previously committed 2 counts of armed robbery. He also had a case of sexual assault pending. He should have been locked up, not roaming the streets free to party. How many people do you know who have cut off their monitor and the probation officer doesn't even bother to do anything?

seriously: Regarding your comment that Charles Ng comes from a "wealthy family", a "GOOD FAMILY"; since when does being wealthy equate to good? They are two entirely different things; and, frankly, some of the worst criminals are in fact wealthy. Con't in next post.

seriously: Consider the Clinton's: Bill has oral "isn't sex" in the White House, now virtually every kinder. knows what oral sex is. Then there's Hillary first deriding the women who came forward about her husband; then she deleting files to hide her activities.

seriously: Oh, and let's not forget Bill Clinton "didn't inhale" when he smoked pot...yeah, right! At a time when America's young men are being drafted for the Vietnam war, Bill & Hillary choose to take a trip to Russia and conveniently miss the draft all together.

seriously: Remember Hillary is for women & children; yet she only had one child and she doesn't even bake cookies...oh my! She defames her opponents with accusations of womanizing hoping we forget about her husband IN THE OVAL OFFICE! Not happening honey!

seriously: Then there's the BIG BANK BAIL-OUT; the banker's show up in Washington D.C. to get WELFARE (OUR tax dollars) by flying there in a LEAR JET...really! Even Obama was shocked at that move! But they're GOOD because they're WEALTHY? I think not!

seriously: I think Obama should have made them liquidate all their assets both business AND PERSONAL so they could climb over their own pile of s***; instead of expecting the American tax payers to do it.

seriously: Wake up people! Don't you realize that WE THE PEOPLE don't need the rich, THEY NEED US...to do the work that makes them richer so they don't have to clean their own toilets; and all we get is industrialized meats and crops, GMO's, antibiotic resistance.

seriously: Patented seed crops, running small farmer's out of business, toxic waste, poisoned water, dirty air, deforestation, global warming. By the way, who even wants to live in a GLOBAL GOVERNMENT world with a GLOBAL ECONOMY?

seriously: America should be more like Switzerland, fix our own 'broken wagon' and let the rest of the world fix theirs...it's not an U.S.A. problem. Screw oil, it pollutes the earth...GO SOLAR, WIND, WATER POWER! Screw the utility companies!

seriously: That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. Best way to topple the rich...eliminate money and go back to the barter system; let the rich wipe their own bums and clean their own toilets...for a change! No more "Groom of the stool" for them.
