OK, im not talking about if he's innocent or guilty, i just find this whole story unfolding like a nightmare, i mean, what was with him and all. i mean, i found out the story, and i thought, "what civilized person would allow the execution of this guy?" doesnt make sense.
let me kno what u think
What is this "liberal media" the conservatives keep talking about? Ya kno what I think? Attitudes are the real disability! Choice is the compromise! Lethal Injection is cruel... yadadadadadad...
He was executed in 1992. For better or for worse, in 1992 there were no laws barring the execution of individuals who were juveniles at the time of their crime. That came in 2005, in Roper v. Simmons.
From what I understand, his alleged mental retardation was never quite conclusively proven. To be truthful, I would be all for giving an individual the benefit of the doubt but I can tell you that if he tested below the IQ demarcation point (70) on Monday and above the demarcation point on Tuesday, he was probably only borderline, not "extremely" mentally handicapped.
In any event -- we are now in 2008. There are protections in place that did not exist in 1992.
what about it? the ONLY thing that is relevant is: did he know that what he was doing is wrong, and did he do it? childhood trauma, drug addiction, lousy education, nor any of the other totally irrelevant bs has any bearing whatsoever

seriously: I think Obama should have made them liquidate all their assets both business AND PERSONAL so they could climb over their own pile of s***; instead of expecting the American tax payers to do it.

seriously: Wake up people! Don't you realize that WE THE PEOPLE don't need the rich, THEY NEED US...to do the work that makes them richer so they don't have to clean their own toilets; and all we get is industrialized meats and crops, GMO's, antibiotic resistance.
